Your day trip from Marrakech to Essaouira departs from your hotel or riad in Marrakech around 8:30 a.m. We will travel through the Haouz plains to the village of Chichaoua, where we will stop for coffee before continuing to Sidi Mokhtar.
Along the way, you will pass through an area filled with argan trees, where you might see goats climbing in the branches. We will pause for a few photos before proceeding to Essaouira.
Upon arrival in Essaouira, our Day trip from Marrakech to Essaouira will start with a stop at the harbor, which features a fishing port and Portuguese fortifications. Here, you can enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean and see rows of medieval battle cannons lined up along the coast.
